Fashion designer of Czech and Libanese origins, Blanka Matragi opened her fashion design room in Beirut 25 years ago and has since conquered the Arab world with her shimmering fabrics and lavish ornaments. Now she is thinking of opening a fashion room in Beirut to launch demi-couture on the Czech market.

When she was 16, a shopkeeper offered her to sell her jewellery creations in his shop. Now Cléa Boustany (Cléa B brand) is used to presenting 4 collections a year, each one composed of at least 200 new pieces, some of which being exported to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Qatar. She goes on creating jewellery and other accessories like T-shirts, beach bags, sandals... waiting for the day when she can create her own apparel and accessories line and open her store.
